I went to the Chihuahuan Desert on the West Texas border of Chihuahua, Mexico to study adobe building techniques under internationally recognized Ms. Simone Swan outside of Presidio.  I ended up working and living in the Big Bend National park and in Terlingua, Texas for about a year all together.  The lovely Ms. J Williams gave me her old developer so I could experiment with developing these black and whites on my own.  ©2001
